Résumé: إف التكنولوجيػا المتطػورة أصػبحت جػزء لا يتجػ أ ز مػف الحيػاة اليوميػة واجتاحػت اغمػب مجػالات الحيػاة لمػا تتميػز بػو مػف فوائػد وتسػييلبت, غيػر أف الاسػتخدامات السػمبية لمشػبكة المعموماتيػة والأجيػزة الحديثػة لاسػيما مػف طػرؼ العصػابات الإج ا رميػة والمنظمػات الإرىابيػػة سػأى فػي ظيور أنواع جديدة مف الج ا رئ الرقمية, لعؿ أخطرىا وأبرزىا جريمػة الإرىػاب الالكترونػي التػي تعتبر أسرع الج ا رئ انتشا ا ر وأكثرىا فتكا بالأشخاص والحكومػات, الأمػر الػذي دفػع بالعديػد مػف المظممات العالمية والإقميميػة إلػى إبػ ا ر معاىػدات واتفاقيػات تيػدؼ إلػى مكافحػة ىػذه الجريمػة, كمػا عمػد المشػرع الج ا زئػري فػي ذات السػياؽ إلػى اسػتحداث مجموعػة مػف الييئػات والقػوانيف 04 وكػذا القطػب الج ا زئػي _ المتعمقػة بجػ ا رئ تكنولوجيػا الإعػلب والاتصػاؿ أبرزىػػا القػانوف 09 السػيب ا رني المتخصػص, وكػؿ ذلػؾ جػاء مػف اجػؿ التصػدي لجريمػة الإرىػاب السػيب ا رني والعمػؿ عمى الحد مف مخاطره وتفادي السيناريوىات القادمة المنبئة عف أخطار عظيمة. Abstract: Advanced technology has become an integral part of everyday life and has conquered reas of life due to the advantages and facilities it offers. However, the negative uses of the information network and modern devices, in particular by criminal gangs and terrorist organizations, have contributed to the emergence of many cyber-crimes, such as cyber-terrorism, one of the most dangerous and important crime which is considered to be one of the fastest growing and deadliest crimes for people and governments. Thus, many global and regional organizations have been pushed to sign agreements and conventions aimed at combating this crime. In addition, the Algerian legislator proceeded, in the same context, to the creation of a set of bodies and laws relating to crimes of information and communication technologies including law 09/04 as well as the specialized cybercrime pole with the aim of combating cyberterrorism and attempting to limit its dangers in order to avoid future scenarios that predict great dangers.
