التماثل التنظيمي وعلاقته بالإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية -دراسة ميدانية ببلدية حمام الضلعة بالمسيلة-
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التماثل التنظيمي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية بالمسيلة، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) موظفا ببلدية حمام الضلعة بالمسيلة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي نظراً لملائمته لأغراض الدراسة، كما طبقت الطالبات مقياس التماثل التنظيمي ومقياس الإبداع الإداري، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أسفرت النتائج عما يلي: وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التماثل التنظيمي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الولاء التنظيمي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية. وجود ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية علاقة بين التشابه التنظيمي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية. وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الانتماء التنظيمي والإبداع الإداري لدى عمال المصالح البلدية. The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational symmetry and administrative creativity among workers of municipal departments in M'sila, where the study sample consisted of (60) employees in the municipality of Hammam Dhala in M'sila, and the study relied on the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the purposes of the study. After statistical processing of the data, the results showed the following: • There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational symmetry and administrative creativity among municipal workers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational loyalty and administrative creativity among municipal workers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational similarity and administrative creativity among municipal workers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational affiliation and administrative creativity among municipal workers.
