انعكاسات الأزمـة السوريـة على نمـط إدارة الأزمـات الدولـية
Résumé: الملخص: لقد كشف الواقع الدولي عن مجموع من الأزمات التي لا يراد للأمم المتحدة وأجهزتها أن تلعب دور مباشر في إدارتها أو تسويتها ، بحيث يغيب عمدا دورها من أجل إعطاء فرصة لأحد أطراف النزاع من فرض شروطه على الطرف الآخر بما يتوافق ورغباته ومصالحه، ودائما ما يكون هذا الطرف من الدول الكبرى الفاعلة في النظام الدولي، ولو قمنا بعملية إسقاط هذا الأسلوب على واقع الممارسة العملية للأمم المتحدة لوجدنا الأزمة السورية الحالية، أين استبعدت الأمم المتحدة من أي تسوية جادة وحقيقية للنزاع رغم الكم الهائل من القرارات الصادرة بشأنها سواء من مجلس الأمن أو من الجمعية العامة. Summary : The international reality has revealed a number of crises that the United Nations and its organs are not supposed to play directly in their administration or settlement, so that their role is deliberately lost in order to give one of the parties to the conflict the opportunity to impose conditions on the other side in accordance with their wishes and interests. Of the major powers in the international system, and if we put down this method to the reality of the practice of the United Nations we find the current Syrian crisis, where the United Nations excluded from any serious and genuine settlement of the conflict despite the huge number of resolutions issued by both the Security Council or the General Assembly .
