أثر سعر الصرف ومعدل الفائدة على ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير سعر الصرف ومعدل الفائدة على ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2019) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع. إن تغيرات أسعار الصرف وأسعار الفائدة في الجزائر تؤثر على الاقتصاد الوطني خاصة ميزان المدفوعات، لذلك قمنا بدراسة هذا الأثر، وتبين من خلال النتائج أن لسعر الصرف تأثير سلبي على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري، وضعف العلاقة بين سعر الفائدة وميزان المدفوعات مما يشكل عائقا أمام الاقتصاد الجزائري. This study aimed to study the impact of the exchange rate and the interest rate on the balance of payments in Algeria during the period (1990-2019) using the distributed slowdown self-regression model. Changes in exchange rates and interest rates in Algeria affect the national economy, especially the balance of payments, so we studied this effect, and it became clear through the results that the exchange rate has a negative impact on the Algeria balance of payments, and the weak relationship between the interest rate and the balance of payments, which constitutes an obstacle to the Algerian economy.
