خصوصية الذكاء الإصطناعي في قطاع العدالة _ بين الواقع والمأمول _

Résumé: لا يمكن لأحد منا انكار ماتعيشه البشرية اليوم من تطور وتقدم رهيب، في عصر الثورة العلمية والرقمية، وهذا تحت ستار مستجدات الذكاء الاصطناعي وليد التطور التكنولوجي، والذي استولى على جميع المجالات دون استثناء، بما في ذلك قطاع العدالة في ظل فجوات وفزاغات قانونية أمام برمجيات بسيطة، تقوم بأصعب المهام في ثوان قليلة، الامر الذي يؤدي الى ضرورة دراسة خصوصية الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع العدالة والتحديات التي يفرضها هذا الاخير على مرفق القضاء، ظف اليه ضرورة تطور ورقمنة هذا القطاع تماشيا مع مستجدات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتطور العلمي والتكنولوجي على حد سواء Abstract : None of us can deny what humanity is experiencing today in terms of terrible development and progress, in the era of the scientific and digital revolution, and this is under the guise of developments in artificial intelligence resulting from technological development.Which took over all fields without exception, including the justice sector in light of legal gaps and voids in front of simple software, which performs the most difficult tasks in a few seconds, which leads to the need to study the privacy of artificial intelligence in the justice sector and the challenges that the latter poses to the judicial facility,He added to it the need to develop and digitize this sector in line with the latest developments in artificial intelligence and scientific and technological development alike.
