التأصيل النظري لتغيير الاجتماعي والصعوبات التي توجهها داخل المجتمع الجزائري

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مفهوم التغير الاجتماعي داخل المدينة الجزائرية في ظل تطور تكنولوجيا الحديثة. إذ أصبحت ظاهرة التغير الاجتماعي من أهم مؤشرات التقدم والتطور الاجتماعي كونها تأثر على جودة الحياة وتنميه المستدامة داخل أي مجتمع ,وكذلك ودورها في تفعيل المعطيات الحضارية وعلى مختلف الخدمات التي تعتبر من معايير التنمية المستدامة، ورغم تزايد الاهتمام بتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة في السنوات الأخيرة فإن لها علاقة مباشرة بتغير الاجتماعي، إذا أصبحت أغلب المدن توجه هذه الظاهرة مما يخلق العديد من التحديات الاجتماعية والسكانية التي زاد تفاقمها وتأثيرها في أغلب مدننا، إلا أن مستوي الاهتمام بآليات التغير الاجتماعي مازال يسير بخطي بطيئة وغير واضحة المعالم في المدن الجزائرية وبالتالي للدراسة أهمية خاصة لأن معيار تغير الاجتماعي محدد في مدي توفر تكنولوجيا الحديثة الذي لها تأثير القيم الدينية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لذلك يعد مؤشر التقدم الاجتماعي من أبرز معوقات التي تفق في وجه تغير الاجتماعي داخل المدينة. SUMMARY: This research paper aimed to identify the concept of social change within the Algerian city in light of the development of modern technology.
