دراسة أثر تقلبات سعر الصرف على حجم الواردات في الجزائر باستعمال مقاربة" Ardl Bound Testing" (دراسة تحليلية قياسية 1984-2019)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين سعر الصرف وحجم الواردات في الجزائر وهذا انطلاقا من معطيات البنك الدولي وهذا خلال الفترة 1984-2019، وفي بحثنا هذا الذي يدرس العلاقة بين المتغيرين استعملنا طريقة حديثة تتمثل في نماذج الانحدار الذاتي ذات الفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (ARDL) باستخدام منهج الحدود، وهذه الطريقة عرضها Pesaran وآخرون (2001)، حيث وجدنا أن هناك علاقة قصيرة الأجل وكذلك طويلة الأجل بين سعر الصرف وحجم الواردات، حيث كانت المرونة في الأجل القصير سالبة أي أن سعر الصرف له تأثير عكسي، نفس الشيء يمكننا قوله في الأجل الطويل وهو ما تطابق مع النظرية الاقتصادية. This paper aims to study the relationship between the exchange rate and the volume of imports in Algeria, based on the data of the World Bank, during the period 1984-2019. The ARDL approach, and this method was presented by Pesaran and others (2001), where we found that there is a short-term as well as a long-term relationship between the exchange rate and the volume of imports, where the short-term elasticity was negative, meaning that the exchange rate has an opposite effect, the same thing we can say in the long run Which is consistent with economic theory.
