المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة: تاريخ بحث و حقائق متعددة -دراسة تحليلية-

Résumé: معظم البحوث التي اهتمت بالمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ارتكزت على فكرة الخصوصية، و بالتالي فإن التأكيد المطلق لهذه الأطروحة يقود إلى اعتبار جميع المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ذات خصوصية، إلا انه يجب ألا ننسى أن المؤسسة الصغيرة الحجم يمكن لها أن تؤدي وظائف أو تتخذ هيكلة لا تتوافق مع خصائص المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة الكلاسيكية، بعبارة أخرى، فإنه بإمكان المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة أن تخرج عن نطاق الخصائص التقليدية التي تحدد خصوصيتها، وهو ما يدعو إلى إيجاد مقاربة توافقية لخصوصية هذه المؤسسات تسمح تحديد إطار يضمن هذه الأطروحة، و كذلك يرسم حدود منظمة و واضحة لعالم المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، و هو ما حاول الباحثين و المتخصصين إثباته طيلة عقود من الزمن، من خلال تعدد و تنوع المقالات التي تم نشرها، و أيضا من خلال زيادة الاهتمام بهذا النوع من المؤسسات، و احتلالها مكانة علمية مهمة في علوم التسيير. Abstract: Most of the research , which focused on small and medium-sized enterprises based on the notion of privacy , and therefore the absolute emphasize of this thesis leads to consider all of the SMEs have privacy , but we must not forget that the institution of small size can perform functions or take restructuring that are not compatible with the characteristics of classic small and medium-sized enterprises , in other words , it can SMEs to get outside the scope of the traditional characteristics that define their privacy , a reason to find a consensual approach to the privacy of these institutions allow to define a framework that ensures this thesis , and also draws organized and clear limits to the world of SMEs , and this is what researchers and specialists tried to prove for decades , through the multiplicity and diversity of the articles that have been published , and also by increasing interest in this type of institutions , and have taken an important scientific position in the science of management
