السياسة والشريعة عند ابن تيمية
Résumé: يتبين لنا أن السياسة الشرعية عند شيخ الاسلام ابن تيمية تقوم على القرآن والسنة التي تكون نابغة من الشريعة لا وفق اجتهادات الفقهاء والتأويلات الفاسدة. فأساس السياسة الشرعية عنده تندرج وتتمحور ضمن سياق الشريعة القائمة على الكتاب والسنة. يتضح لنا من خلال تقسيم ابن تيمية لعناصر السياسة والتي تتمثل أساسا في أداء الأمانات والتي تتناول في الولايات من خلال استعمال الاصلاح. إن الولاية عند ابن تيمية تتجلى في توليه من يجده أصلح باعتبار أنه غير صحيح وليس في المستوى. كذلك يرى ابن تيمية أن الأموال هي أمانات فهي تتمثل في الودائع والمضاربة. It becomes clear to us that the legal policy according to the Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah is based on the Qur’an and the Sunnah, which are distinct from the Sharia, not according to the jurisprudence of jurists and corrupt interpretations. The basis of his Sharia policy is within the context of Sharia based on the Book and the Sunnah. It is clear to us through Ibn Taymiyyah's division of the elements of politics, which are mainly represented in the performance of trusts and which are dealt with in the states through the use of reform. Guardianship according to Ibn Taymiyyah is manifested in his taking over whomever he finds fittest, considering that he is not correct and is not on the level. Ibn Taymiyyah also believes that funds are trusts, as they are represented in deposits and speculation.
