المقاربة الصينية - محاولة للتنظير من عدسة نظريات العلاقات الدولية غير الغربية

Résumé: تحاول هذه الورقة دراسة حالة المقاربة الصينية للعلاقات الدولية كمحاولة تنظيرية من عدسة الإطار النظري للعلاقات الدولية غير الغربية ، وكمحاولة لإضفاء الطابع الديمقراطي على الحقل الحالي للعلاقات الدولية في العالم، لا يمكن اشتقاق تراث العلاقات الدولية من نظريات العلاقات الدولية الوضعية-الغربية لأن التفاعلات الاجتماعية بين البلدان في جميع أنحاء العالم لا يمكن الحكم عليها من مقياس الخبرة الغربية. لذا يمكن إنشاء نظريات العلاقات الدولية غير الغربية في ظل مابعد الوضعية العلمية ضمن إطار منهجي لأنه إذا نجح "الغرب" في إبراز علاقاته الدولية يمكن للنظريات العالمية والمتجانسة آنذاك "غير الغربية" أن تولد وتطور أيضاً نظرياتها الدولية لتعدد الأسس المعرفية لنظريات العلاقات الدولية القائمة. This paper attempts to study the state of the approach of China's international relations as a theoretical attempt to conceptualize non-Western international relations. As an attempt to democratize the current field of international relations in the world, the legacy of international relations can not be derived from Western- All over the world can be judged by the Western scale of experience. Thus, the theories of non-Western international relations can be created in the context of the scientific situation within a systematic framework. For if the West succeeds in highlighting its international relations, then the non-Western and universal theories can also generate and develop its international theories for the multiplicity of knowledge bases of existing theories of international relations.
