سلطة الضبط الصحافة المكتوبة في الجزائر

Résumé: تشكل سلطة ضبط الصحافة المكتوبة التقنية المستحدثة لتنظيم مجال الإعلام المكتوب، فهي سلطة إدارية مستقلة تتشكل من 14 عضوا يمثل نصفهم السلطة التنفيذية والسلطة التشريعية، يمثل النصف الآخر أصحاب المهنة. وهي تمارس اختصاصها الضبطي من خلال تدخلها المسبق عن طريق التصريح المسبق، الترخيص، الموافقة، والاختصاص الاستشاري والتنظيمي، كما تمارسه أيضا من خلال تدخلها اللاحق عن طريق الرقابة، واتخاذ التدابير الوقائية أولا، ثم بشكل أكثر صرامة، عن طريق تعليق النشر أو سحب الاعتماد. ABSTRACT : The regulatory authority for the written press is a new technique responsible for regulating the field of the written media. It is an independent administrative authority composed of 14 members, half of whom represent the executive and legislative branches, the other half representing the owners of the profession. It exercises its regulatory competence by their ex ante intervention, such as the prior declaration, issuance of approval, and by its advisory and regulatory competence, As well as by its ex post intervention, by monitoring and taking preventive measures in first place, and more severely, by the suspension of the publication, or by the withdrawal of approval
