Résumé: ملخص: نظرا لمكانة السفينة في النشاط التجاري للدول فقد تم الاعتراف بمنحها الجنسية وذلك استثناء عن القواعد العامة المتعلقة بكون الجنسية تمنح للأشخاص دون الأموال، وتختلف شروط منح جنسية السفينة من دولة لأخرى وذلك على أساس حرية الدولة في وضع هذه الشروط بما يتناسب وسياساتها الاقتصادية. Abstract: Considering the ship’s position in the commercial activity of countries, it has been recognized to grant it nationality as an exception to the general rules related to the fact that nationality is granted to humansand not funds, the conditions for granting ship nationality differ from one country to anotherbased on the State’s freedom to set these conditions in line with its economic policies.
