التحول الرقمي في البنوك بالإشارة إلى تجربة السعودية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التحول الرقمي في البنوك السعودية، بحيث يعتبر التحول الرقمي توجه حديث يساهم في تحسين أداء البنوك خاصة مع التطورات التكنولوجية وثورة المعلومات التي عرفها النشاط المصرفي، وهذا أجبرها على محاولة التأقلم أو التماشي مع هذه التطورات لتبسيط العمليات وتحسين كفاءتها وسهولة تقديم الخدمات. ومن خلال دراستنا هذه تطرقنا إلى تجربة السعودية في اعتماد التحول الرقمي في البنوك، التي أثبتت نجاعة وقدرة كبيرة وتحكم عالي في أدوات التحول الرقمي واستخدامها في عمل البنوك وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات المالية الرقمية. This study aims to identify the reality of digital transformation in banks in Saudi Arabia, so that digital transformation is a modern trend that contributes to improving the performance of banks, especially with technological developments and the information revolution that banking activity has witnessed, and this forced them to try to adapt or keep pace with these developments to simplify operations and improve their efficiency and ease of service delivery. Through this study, we touched on the Saudi experience in adopting digital transformation in banks, which has proven its effectiveness, great ability and high control over digital transformation tools and their use in the work of banks and the development of digital financial products and services.
