اثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على احتياطي الصرف باستخدام نموذج Ardl ( حالة الجزائر 1986-2016 )

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي في الجزائر، بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية للفترة الممتدة بين 1986-2016 ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام نموذج ardl. توصلت الدراسة أن لتغيرات سعر النفط (Brent) تأثيرات ايجابية على احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي الجزائري و ذلك على المستوى الطويل المدى. حيث بينت النتائج أن أي ارتفاع في سعر البترول ب 10% يقضي إلى ارتفاع في احتياطي الصرف الاجنبي بـ 4.8% و يمر تأثير البترول عبر الصادرات البترولية التي تؤثر تأثير ايجابيا على المدى القصير و الطويل المدى على الموجودات من العملة الأجنبية . Abstract : This study aimed to measure the impact of oil price fluctuations on the foreign exchange reserves in Algeria, based on annual data for the period from 1980 to 2016, and to achieve this goal was used ardl model. The study found that the changes in the price of oil (Brent) have positive effects on the foreign exchange reserves of Algeria on the long term. The results showed that any increase in the price of oil by 10% leads to an increase in net assets by 4.8% and the impact of oil passes through oil exports, which positively affects the short and long term on foreign currency assets
