Etude De L’activité Antibactérienne Des Huiles Essntielles De L’armoise En Combinaison Avec Les Antibiotiques Conventionnels.
Résumé: Abstract The aim of this study is to evaluate the antibacterial activity of essential oils from two local aromatics plants (Artemisia herba alba and Artemisia arborescence) and their association with Conventional antibiotics using two different methods: the disk diffusion method and the microdilution method on four bacterial strains, two Gram positive and two Gram negative,. Both essential oils tested have showed effects more or less important against all strains, essential oil of Artemisia arborescence were proved the highest effect than Artemisia herba alba, Three types of interactions were observed (antagonistic, indifferent and synergetic) while the association EOS/ATBS. Synergistic interactions appear in the combination of the two oils with antibiotics in L. monocytogenes
