Résumé: Abstract : The right to one's own image is a legal right that derives from the right to privacy, protected by international legislation, constitutions and domestic regulations in the era of modern technology. With the advent of modern technologies, people's privacy has been violated, with their information or private life being made public without their consent. This requires penal protection of the individual's right to his or her picture and private life, with dissuasive penalties designed to prevent such violations.
