توظيف الاتجاه المقاصدي في التفسير وأثره في التجديد

Résumé: الملخص: تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول:" توظيف الاتجاه المقاصدي في التفسير وأثره على التجديد"، والتي تطرح إشكالية البحث عن توظيف المقاصد في العملية التفسيرية وأثر ذلك على التجديد في التفسير، كون هذا الاتجاه من الطرق والأساليب التي يُفهم بها الخطاب القرآني، وتظهر من خلالها جوانبه الهدائية والإصلاحية بما يتوافق مع روح العصر، وهذا ما يُثبت الإعجاز لهذا الكتاب المبين. وتسعى هذه الورقة إلى بيان دور إعمال المقاصد كوسيلة لفهم معاني القرآن الكريم، وأثر ذلك على التجديد في التفسير. حيث توصل البحث إلى أن الاتجاه المقاصدي في التفسير يُعدُّ نوعا من التجديد في التفسير رغم أن المقاصد صاحبت نزول التشريع؛ لما يقدمه من المعاني المتوافقة وروح العصر ويشهد لذلك ما تم الوقوف عليه من نماذج من بعض التفاسير المعاصرة، تضمنت نظرات مقاصدية في بيان معاني آيات القرآن وتفسيرها، مما أضفى وجها من وجوه التجديد في التفسير. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتجاه؛ المقاصدي؛ التجديد؛ التفسير. Abstract: The present Piece of research endavours to inquire into the deployment of the Quranic purposive approach to the interpretation of religious texts and the effect of that latter on renewal movements .since the former approach implements Quranic purposes in its pursuit, it secures an interpretation that reveals the guidance-missionary and reformative aspects in religious discourse .in that ,the present paper is an attempt to elucidate the role of purposes adopting toward fathoming Quran and what is asserts. On completion of the researching process, the results denote that the purposive approach, per se, brings about renewal of sorts. given that purposes were concomitant the descent of the holy Quran notwithstanding, the integration of purposes into contemporary movements proves that the approach under question is accredited the renewal found in some of the contemporary interpretation approaches. . key words: direction, purposive, renovation (renewal), interpretation
