قيم المواطنة في المرحلة الإبتدائية في ضوء الإصلاحات التربوية "الجيل الثاني" تحليل محتوى كتاب التربية المدنية سنة رابعة ابتدائي

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف الدراسة التحليلية إلى معرفة قيم المواطنة المتضمنة في منهاج التربية المدنية في ضوء إصلاحات الجيل الثاني من خلال تحليل محتوى كتاب التربية المدنية بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي في الجزائر - سنة رابعة ابتدائي- كجزء هام من المنهاج التربوي، والتعرف أيضا على الأسس الفكرية لقيم المواطنة، وتوضيح مدى وعي المتعلمين بها، والوقوف أيضا على القيم الوطنية التي ترمي إلى تحقيقها المؤسسة المدرسية وتمثل سلوكا بالنسبة للتلاميذ، حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليل المحتوى في جمع بيانات الدراسة واتخذت من الفكرة وحدة أساسية للتحليل، وتم اختيار عينة قصدية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن كتاب التربية المدنية سنة رابعة من التعليم الابتدائي (الجيل الثاني) محل الدراسة تضمنت العديد من قيم المواطنة والتي تمثلت في الهوية الوطنية، وتعزيز الانتماء والعدالة الاجتماعية والتضامن والاحترام، بحيث تسهم في ترسيخ القيم الوطنية وتدعم التراث الثقافي المحلي والوطني والعالمي لبناء الشخصية الجزائرية. ومن أهم التوصيات التي أتت بها الدراسة الاهتمام بتنمية وترسيخ قيم المواطنة داخل الوسط التربوي وخارجه من خلال المناشط المختلفة. The analytical study aims to know the values of citizenship included in the civic education curriculum in light of the second generation reforms by analyzing the content of the civic education book at the primary education stage in Algeria- the fourth year of primary school- as an important part of the education curriculum, and also identifying the intellectual foundations of citizenship values, and clarifying the extent of learners awareness of it, and also to determine the national values that the school institution aims to achieve and represent behavior for students, as the researcher used the descriptive approach using the content analysis method in collecting data for the study and took the idea as a basic unit of analysis, and a purposive sample was chosen. The study concluded that the civic education textbook for the fourth year of primary education (second generation) under analysis included many values of citizenship, such as the value of pride in national identity, the promotion of belonging, social justice, solidarity and respect, so that they contribute to consolidating national values and supporting local, national and international cultural heritage to build the Algerian character. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to focus on developing and consolidating citizenship values inside and outside the educational community through various activities.
