حجية المحررات التوثيقية في القانون الجزائري وطرق الطعن فيها

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على حجية السندات التوثيقية"المحررات التوثيقية"التي أعطاها المشرع الجزائري أهمية كبيرة سواء في الإثبات أو التنفيذ، فلها حجية مطلقة سواء بين الأطراف المتعاقدة أو في مواجهة الغير، هذه الحجية لا يمكن الطعن فيها إلا عن طريق الإدعاء التزوير، أو الإدعاء فيها بالبطلان في حالة تخلف إما البيانات الجوهرية في العقد أو في حالة ثبوت التزوير الجزئي.
