استهلاك الأدوية وإشكالية تعويضها في الجزائر - دراسة تحليلية واستشرافية –

Résumé: شكلت الزيادات السريعة في حصة استهلاك الأدوية في الجزائر، مشاكل مالية على مستوى منظومة الضمان الاجتماعي، حيث تحتل مرتبة مهمة في نفقاته خاصة بالنسبة للتـأمين على المرض. هذا التطور في الاستهلاك يرجع إلى جملة من العوامل أهمها توسيع التغطية الاجتماعية، التحولات الجارية (الديموغرافية، الوبائية) التي تعيشها الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة. فبالرغم من الإجراءات التي تبنتها السلطات العمومية والتي تهدف إلى عقلنة نفقات الأدوية، إلا أنها لازالت في تطور مستمر، وعليه قمنا بهذه الدراسة الإحصائية لتحليل العلاقة بين قيمة استهلاك الأدوية خلال الفترة (2009-2013) والعوامل المؤثرة، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى دراسة الأثر الحالي والمستقبلي لارتفاع قيمة الاستهلاك الدوائي على نفقات تعويض الأدوية. Abstract: In Algeria, the speed increase in the share of the medicines consumption caused many financial problems at the level of the social Security system, where it occupies an important rank in its expenditures, especially concerning decease insurance. This growth in medicines consumption is due of several factors, mainly current transition (demographic, epidemiologic), which characterizes the Algerian economy these last years. Though all the multiple measurement done by public authorities that were committed to control and rationalize the medicines expenditure, it still needs to be more developed in a continuous way. And on the light of this, there was a statistical study of the relationship between the consumption of medicines in the period (2009-2013) and its determinants, on the one hand, and secondly, the affects of this evolution of medicines consumption the expenses of medicines indemnity in Algeria.
