تقييم الإنفاق الصحي بالجزائر من خلال مؤشرات أهداف الألفية – دراسة تحليلية قياسية -

Résumé: دف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح انعكاس الإنفاق العام على قطاع الصحة بالجزائر على مردودية هذا الأخير، وذلك من خلال تحليل أهم مؤشرات قياس إنتاجية الإنفاق العام على الصحة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إنتاجية الإنفاق العام على الصحة المتحصل عليها باستخدام مؤشرات الخدمات الصحية وكذا مؤشرات توقع الحياة والوفيات لا تعكس المبالغ الكبيرة الموجهة لهذا القطاع، حيث أنه وبالرغم من التحسن المسجل من سنة لأخرى إلا أن ذلك يبقى بعيدا عما تسجله دولا أخرى تعيش نفس الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وهذا راجع إلى تركيز هذه الأغلفة المالية على عدد الهياكل الصحية على حساب جانب الجودة في الخدمات الصحية This paper aims to clarify the reversal of public spending on health in Algeria on the productivity of this spending.
