Etude D’un Bâtiment (r+9) À Usage D’habitation En Béton Armé
Résumé: The objectives of this study are to dimension, scarp and check the overall stability of the various elements(secondary and main) constituting a residential tower, consisting of 9 floors and located in an area of medium seismicity. Theis study consists of four part: • This study part is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspects of building element , then the Prédimensionnement structure and finally the descent of the load. • This second part was devoted to secondary nutrients(the staircase beams, solid slabs and parapet wall). • The dynamic study of the structure was begun in the third part determined by SAP2000 to various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, operational and seismic loading). • The last part includes the reinforcement of the various resistance elements of the structure(foundation , columns, beams). Taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91,modifiée99 Algerian seismic regulation and RPA 99/2003.
