روح المقاولاتية لدى الشباب الجزائري ودورها في تجسيد الابتكار - دراسة عينة من طلبة جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة-

Résumé: ملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة روح المقاولاتية لدى الشباب الجزائري في تجسيد الابتكار، وقد استهدفت الدراسة عينة من طلبة جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة، باستخدام استبيان وزع على 77طالب وطالبة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثتين باستخدام عدة أساليب إحصائية منها كرونباخ ألفا للتأكد من الثبات، والتكرارات والنسب المئوية لوصف متغيرات الدراسة، والوسط الحسابي لتحديد مستوى الإجابة على متغيرات الدراسة، وللتعرف على مساهمة روح المقاولاتية في تجسيد الابتكار لدى طلبة جامعة بسكرة تم استخدام تحليل الانحدار، الذي أظهرت نتائجه وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين روح المقاولاتية والابتكار، وبناءا على نتائج الدراسة تم التقدم بالعديد من التوصيات التي كان أهمها تشجيع الطلبة المبدعين والمبتكرين وتبني مشاريعهم والعمل على توفير كافة التسهيلات التي تساهم في تطبيق أفكارهم على أرض الواقع. Abstract:This study aims to identify the contribution of entrepreneurial spiritto theAlgerian youth and their role in the embodiment of innovation, the study targeted a sample of students of the University of Mohmed KHAIDER Biskra, using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 77 students, In order to achieve the objective of the study, we have used several statistical methods, including: Cronbach Alpha to ensure unchanged, redundancies percentages to describe the study variables, and the regression to determine the link between the contribution of the entrepreneurial spirit in the embodiment of innovation to the students of the University of Biskra, was the use of the regression analysis results showed the existence of a strong link between the entrepreneurial spirit innovation, depending on the results of the study progress with many of the recommendations which the most important was the encourage students creators and innovators and adopt their projects and work on To provide all the facilities that contribute to the application of their ideas on the ground.
