قياس مخاطر التركز الائتماني باستخدام اختبارات الضغط – دراسة تجربة الأردن-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أحد الأدوات الحديثة والمهمة في إدارة المخاطر المصرفية والمتمثل في اختبارات الضغط حيث أصبحت هذه الأخيرة من أهم أدوات الرقابة الاحترازية على المستوى الكلي والجزئي في البنوك. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق اختبارات الضغط تساهم في تكوين صورة عما ستكون عليه الأوضاع في البنوك في الفترات القادمة ، كما تمكنها من تقييم قدرتها على مواجهة مختلف الصدمات الاقتصادية والمالية واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتخفيف حدة تلك الصدمات كتدعيم رأس المال وتعديل الإجراءات التشغيلية، ووضع خطط طوارئ متقدمة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه ورغم مواكبة البنوك في الأردن لأحدث الممارسات العالمية في مجال اختبارات الضغط إلا أن مخاطر التركز الائتماني لها تأثير كبير على بعض البنوك مقارنة بالمخاطر الأخرى مما يشير إلى ضرورة تخفيض مخاطر التركز لديها. Abstract: The study aimed to identify one of the modern and important tools in banking risk management, which is the stress tests, as the latter has become one of the most important prudential control tools at the macro and micro levels in banks. The study concluded that the application of stress tests contributes to forming a picture of what the conditions will be in the banks in the coming periods, as well as enabling them to assess their ability to face various economic and financial shocks and take the necessary measures to mitigate those shocks, such as strengthening the capital, modifying operational procedures, and developing contingency plans. advanced. The study also found that although banks in Jordan keep pace with the latest international practices in the field of stress testing, credit concentration risks have a significant impact on some banks compared to other risks, which indicates the need to reduce their concentration risks.
