Contributions Of Administrative Leadership In Adopting Knowledge Management

Résumé: This research paper mainly aimed to emphasize the important role that leadership plays in adopting knowledge management and showed that the role of leaders in knowledge management is to identify the available and required forms of knowledge, seek to acquire them, build a knowledge management strategy with clear features, ambitious and feasible, and work to implement That strategy, using all the efforts available to the workers and involving them in the preparation and implementation by training, encouraging and motivating them, and evaluating knowledge management.
