هابرماس وسؤال المواطنة ما بعد القومية: أو المواطنة من أنموذج الدولة الأمة- إلى أنموذج ما بعد الدولة –الأمة

Résumé: ملخص: يسعى هذا المقال الوقوف عند واحدةٍ من المقاربات الفلسفيَّة في شأن موضوعِ المواطنة، والتي حاوّل من خلالها الفيلسوف الألماني "يورغن هابرماس"، إعادة النظّر في مفهوم المواطنة وجعله يُواكب التحوّلات السياسية -الاقتصادية والاجتماعية- الثقافيَّة التي تطال الواقع المعاصر، من جهة، وبمَّا يتلاءم ومشروعه الفلسفي الضخم الذي يسعى إلى تأسيس عقلانية تواصلية كونيَّة توفر أسباب الاندماج الاجتماعي للأفراد بشكلٍ يتجاوز الحدود الوطنية/القوميَّة الضيقة، من جهةٍ أخرى، وقد اقتضى منه ذلك، ضرورة الانتقال من الأنموذج القديم للمواطنة (الدولة-الأمة) إلى أنموذجٍ جديد (ما بعد الدولة -الأمة ). Abstract: This article seeks to stand at one of the philosophical approaches on the subject of Citizenship , in which the German philosopher «Jurgen Habermas » tried to reconsider the concept of Citizenship and to keep pace with the political, economic and socio-cultural transformations that affect contemporary reality, his great philosophical project, which aim to establish a global communication Rationality that provides the reasons for the social integration of individuals beyond the narrow national , on the other hand the need to move from the old paradigm of citizenship “ the nation – the state “ to a new paradigm which is “ the post of state –nations”.
