الهيئات الرقابية ودورها في تنظيم النشاط السمعي البصري في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية على عينة من بيانات سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري

Résumé: مع الانفتاح الإعلامي الذي شهده القطاع السمعي البصري في الجزائر بعد سن قانون الإعلام 2012، وظهور العديد من القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة، عرف النشاط السمعي البصري العديد من التجاوزات، مما دفع بسلطة ضبط السمعي البصري للتدخل وتنظيم هذا النشاط عدة مرات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري باعتبارها هيئة مستقلة تمارس رقابة على نشاط المؤسسات السمعية البصرية، من خلال تحليل مضمون البيانات الرسمية الصادرة عنها، لمعرفة الجوانب التي ركزت عليها، والآليات التي اتبعتها لتنظيم نشاط السمعي البصري في الجزائر . With the media openness witnessed by the audiovisual sector in Algeria after the enactment of the 2012 media law, and the emergence of many private television channels, the audiovisual activity experienced many abuses, which prompted the audiovisual control authority to intervene and organize this activity on several times. This study aims to analyze the role of the audio-visual control authority as an independent body that exercises control over the activity of audio-visual institutions, by analyzing the content of the official statements issued by it, to know the aspects it focused on, and the mechanisms it followed to regulate audio-visual activity in Algeria.
