Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مفهوم الصيرفة المستدامة كآلية داعمة للتحول الرقمي بالقطاع المصرفي، والتي يمكن الاستفادة منها في ظل تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا COVID-19، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استقراء وتحليل بعض التقارير ،المجلات والبحوث العربية والدولية التي عالجت متغيرات الموضوع، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجائحة أثرت على اداء القطاع المصرفي حيث أحدثت تحولا مفاجئا وغير مسبوق في سلوك المستهلك تجاه المنتجات والخدمات المالية، كما كشفت الجائحة عن ضرورة استخدام الخدمات المالية الرقمية في مواجهة هذه التحولات، كما قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات اهمها ضرورة اعتماد الصيرفة المستدامة كآلية تدعم استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء والتكنولوجيا المالية بالقطاع المصرفي،كما تعتبر محركا جيدا لتعافي و نمو اقتصادي يتسم بالفعالية والاستدامة. Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the concept of sustainable banking as a supportive mechanism for digital transformation in the banking sector, which can be used in light of the repercussions of the Corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic. In recent times, which are related to its topic, the study found that the pandemic affected the performance of the banking sector, as it caused a sudden and unprecedented shift in consumer behavior towards financial products and services. The pandemic also revealed the need to use digital financial services in the face of these transformations. The necessity of adopting sustainable banking as a mechanism that supports the use of intelligence and financial technology applications in the banking sector, and is a good engine for effective and sustainable economic recovery and growth.
