أدوات مراقــبة التسيير الحـديثة ومدى استخدامها في المؤسسات الجــزائرية دراسة لعينة من المؤسسات الجـزائرية بولاية ورقـــلة

Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى الوقوف على حال المؤسسات الجزائرية من خلال استخدامها وتطبيقها للأدوات الرقابية الحديثة باعتبارها أحد أهم الركائز والعوامل المساعدة والمساهمة في نجاعة وفعالية عملية الرقابة ، إن استخدام هده الأدوات ينعكس بالإيجاب على التسيير داخل المؤسسة ويساهم في تحقيق أهداف مراقبة التسيير بمساعدة المسئولين في تقييم الأداء ومعرفة مدى تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة ومن تم إتخاد القرارات المناسبة. ولتحقيق أهداف هده الدراسة تم إجراء دراسة نظرية لمراقبة التسيير وأدوات مراقبة التسيير التقليدية والحديثة ، ودراسة تطبيقية ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بولاية ورقلة ، حيث أسفرت هده الدراسة عن توجه سائد لدى هده المؤسسات باستخدام لوحة القيادة كأداة مراقبة التسيير حديثة وبدرجة أقل بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كما تبين أنها على استعداد لتحديث والتطوير ولها من الإمكانيات والمؤهلات ما يحقق دلك. This study aims mainly to determine the status of Algerian institutions through their use and application of modern monitoring tools, as they are one of the most important pillars and enablers and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the control process ,The use of these tools is positively reflected in the management within the institution and contributes to the evaluation of performance and knowing the extent to achieving established goals and then take appropriate decisions . In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a theoretical study of management control and traditional and modern management tools was conducted, and an applied field study was conducted on a sample of Algerian economic institutions in the wilaya of Ouargla. As this study resulted in a prevailing trend of these institutions using the dashboard as a modern tool for monitoring Management and to a lesser extent the Balanced Scorecard, as it has been shown that it is ready to update and develop and has the capabilities and qualifications to achieve this.
