دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في الإدارة الرياضية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في الإدارة الرياضية ومعرفة مدى وجود علاقة بين نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة كنظام حديث في الإدارة الرياضية والإبداع الإداري كعنصر مهم في المؤسسة الرياضية وكذلك إبراز أهمية إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية لان نجاحها يعود على كفاءة الموارد البشرية داخل المنظمة. في دراستنا هذه استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي على عينة تمثلت في 30 إداري في مؤسسة رياضية بطريقة عشوائية واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد أشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه هناك دور كبير للإدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في الإدارة الرياضية. This study aims at knowing the contribution of the general qualitative management to realize creativity in sports administration .In addition، to find out the relationship between this modern way of management and creativity which is a major element in sports institutions todayWe also، point out the importance of the general qualitative management in such institutions because its success is mainly the result of the competency of their human resources. In our study، we have used a descriptive approach with a sample of 30 administrators chosen at random. We have also used questionnaires as a tool to collect the findings .The results of our study show that the general qualitative management plays an important role to achieve creativity in the management of sports institutions.
