الإمام الداودي: حياته الشخصية والعلمية El Daoudi: His Biography And Scientific Heritage

Résumé: هذا البحث يتناول عَلَمًا من أعلام الجزائر، وهو أبو جعفر أحمد بن نصر الدّاودي (ت402ه)، حوى ترجمةً مفصّلةً لأهمّ محطّات حياته، ومآثره، ومواقفه، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي في جمع المادة العلمية من المصادر والمراجع، وترتيبها والتعليق عليها. وخلص البحث إلى نتائج، نذكر منها: الإمام الداودي لم يكن عديم الشيوخ، رغم أنّه كان عصاميًّا في أغلب تحصيله للعلوم، كما أنّ تراثه العلمي تعرّض أغلبه للضّياع بسبب الظروف السياسية التي عرفتها بلاد المغرب الإسلامي في حقبة العبيديين، وربما أيضًا بسبب موقفه من الإقامة في القيروان في ظلّ حكم العبيديين. وقد وصلتنا عناوين كتبه، وكذلك وقفنا على مئات الاستشهادات بأقواله وفتاويه، فيما بين أيدينا من الكتب؛ ما يدلّ على تبحّر واسع، وعلم زاخر في شتى الفنون، نرجو أن تكشف خزائن المخطوطات ومظانها عموما عن كتب الداودي مستقبلا، ليقوم الباحثون بتحقيقها وإخراجها. This research discusses one of the prominent figures in Algeria, Abu Ja'far Ahmad bin Nasr al-Dawudi (d. 402 AH), and provides a detailed biography of his life, accomplishments, and positions. The study relied on both descriptive and analytical methods in collecting and arranging scientific material from sources and references and commenting on them. The research concluded several results, including that despite being a proficient scholar, al-Dawudi was not devoid of teachers, and that his scientific heritage has been lost due to political circumstances in the Islamic Maghreb during the Almohad era and his residency in Kairouan under Almohad rule. The titles of his books and hundreds of citations of his sayings and fatwas have reached us, indicating his extensive knowledge in various fields. It is hoped that future discoveries of his manuscripts and writings will reveal more of his work for researchers to study and publish.
