تشخيص نظام حوكمة شركات التأمين في الجزائر دراسة حالة شركة سلامة للتأمين

Résumé: تعد حوكمة الشركات من أهم المبادئ الدولية الخاصة بالقواعد المنظمة لإدارة الشركات حاليا، لما لها من مبادئ رشيدة تهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقات بين الأطراف الفاعلة في الشركات، وتعتمد حوكمة الشركات على البيئة القانونية و التنظيمية. كما يعتبر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في قطاع التأمين أكثر أهمية نظراً لاحتواء شركات التأمين على مجموعة من العناصر والعلاقات المتداخلة لا توجد في الشركات المالية الأخرى وتؤثر بشكل كبير على طبيعة نظام الحوكمة، حيث أصبح هذا المفهوم أكثر أهمية في حوكمة شركات التأمين الجزائري نظراً لما تكتسيه من دور وأهمية في تنمية قطاع التأمين الجزائري ورفع مستوى أدائه، وتخفيض درجة المخاطرة المتعلقة بالفساد الإداري والمالي على مستوى هذه الشركات. Corporate governance is one of the most important international principles of current rules governing corporate governance. The application of the principles of governance in the insurance sector is more important because insurance companies contain a set of elements and relationships that are not found in other financial companies and significantly affect the nature of the governance system. Increase the level of performance, and reduce the degree of risks related to administrative and financial corruption at the level of these companies.
