محاولات التجديد في الدولة العربية: الإنسان العربي يختار الثورة

Résumé: في ظل واقع التفكك والتشرذم الذي يواجه المنطقة العربية في الآونة الأخيرة، يطل كل إنسان عربي من داخل بيته رافضا لواقعه ومنددا بنظام حكم يأخذ بتطلعات هذه الجماهير العربية المنتفضة والثائرة باستمرار. فقد دلنا التاريخ العربي، حالة الرسوب المؤكد لعديد سياسات الحكم في الأنظمة العربية، والتي كانت تسري تحت مراس انتخابي لم يحترم بشكل كامل مقاييس الحكم الراشد ولا آلياته التنظيمية والقانونية وحتى الحقوقية والإنسانية، الأمر الذي أوجد حقيقة الإنسان العربي يختار الثورة.. ليتقرر الهدف النهائي من هذه الدراسة تقييم أنظمة الحكم العربي ماذا غيرت وماذا لم تغير في حياة الإنسان العربي الذي مني كثيرا وأحبط كثيرا مع بيان الرؤية في فلسفة الجاذبية الثورية، الحكم الراشد ومقوماته، مقاربة نماذج دولية في تطبيق الحكم الراشد.. Abstract In light of reality of disintegration and fragmentation facing the Arab region in recent times, every Arab person is rejecting his reality and denouncing a regime that takes into account the aspirations of these constantly rising and rebellious Arab masses. Arab history has shown us the state of certain failure of many governance policies in Arab regimes, which were applied under an electoral anchor that did not fully respect the standards of good governance, nor its organizational and legal mechanisms, and even its human rights. The present study aims to evaluate the Arab regimes. What have they changed and what have not changed in the life of the Arab man? who has suffered a lot? Who was greatly frustrated? with an indication of the vision in the philosophy of revolutionary engagement, good governance and its components, an approach to international samples in the application of good governance have been selected.
