مشاركة المرأة الأردنية السياسية في مرحلة الربيع العربي : دراسة تحليلية لمشاركة المرأة الأردنية في الانتخابات النيابية لعام 2013م
Résumé: الملخص: جاء قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب رقم (25) لسنة 2012م وتعديلاته, في مرحلة الربيع العربي , ليزيد عدد المقاعد المخصصة للمرأة في مجلس النواب إلى (15) مقعد , ومن هنا فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى تحليل مشاركة المرأة الأردنية في الانتخابات النيابية لمجلس النواب السابع عشر عام 2013م , وكذلك التعرف على الكوتا النسائية في قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب رقم (25) لسنة 2012م وتعديلاته, وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المرأة الأردنية شاركت بشكل إيجابي في الانتخابات النيابية لعام 2013م , حيث بلغ عدد المرشحات (191), وعدد الفائزات بعضوية مجلس النواب السابع عشر(18) امرأة. Abstract: Came the election law No. (25) of 2012 and its amendments, in the Arab Spring stage, to increase the number of women in the House of Representatives seats to 15 seats, hence, this study aims to analyze the participation of Jordanian women in the parliamentary elections in 2013, as well as to identify the women's quota the election law No. (25) of 2012 and its amendments, the study concluded that Jordanian women actively participated in the parliamentary elections in 2013, where the number of candidates (191), and the number of winners member in the House of Representatives (18) woman.
