دور التدقيق الداخلي في إدارة المخاطر دراسة عينة من البنوك المحلية بورقلة لفترة 2016
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة وظيفة التدقيق الداخلي وفعاليتها في عملية إدارة المخاطر في المؤسسات المالية ( البنوك ) ، حيث يساعد نشاط التدقيق الداخلي الإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة في عملية تحديد وتقييم المخاطر والاستجابة لها ،من خلال تقديم خدمات تأكيدية واستشارية مختلفة أثناء تنفيذ عملية إدارة المخاطر . حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة من خلال جمع البيانات من مصادرها الأولية والثانوية ، واعدت استبانة لهذا الغرض وتم توزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عدده (24) فردا من عينة من البنوك بورقلة ، واستخدمنا نظام التسجيل SPSS - V19 في تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - اهتمام البنوك بوظيفة التدقيق الداخلي واعطائها مكانة مهمة في هرم المؤسسة . - ادراك المدقق الداخلي لمدى اهمية ادائه لمهامه بكفاءة ومهنية . - ادراك المدقق الداخلي بأهمية دوره في تحديد وتقييم المخاطر والحد منها المخاطر في البنك . This study aimed to identify the extent to which the internal audit function and effectiveness of risk management in financial institutions process (banks), which helps the internal audit activity management Aalaa and the Board of Directors in the process of identifying and assessing the risks and respond to them, by offering different confirmatory and consulting services during the implementation process Risk Management. Where we used descriptive and analytical approach in this study by collecting data from primary and secondary sources, and prepared a questionnaire for this purpose have been distributed to the school community's number is (24) members of the sample of banks Ouargla, and we used the system registry SPSS in data analysis and hypothesis testing, it has reached the study group of the following results: - Banks attention to the function of internal audit and give an important place in the pyramid of the institution. - Internal Auditor realize how important the performance of its functions efficiently and professionally. - Recognize the importance of the internal auditor's role in identifying and assessing and reducing the risks faced by the Bank.
