التوافق الجنسي وتأثيره على التوافق الزواجي عند الزوجة

Résumé: مـلـــخـص البـحــث يهدف بحثنا إلى دراسة التوافق الجنسي للزوجة التوافق الزواجي و ذلك بالكشف عن تأثير التوافق الجنسي على التوافق الزواجي، فكان ذلك باستخد ام المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة،حيث تمت الدراسة على ثالثة حاالت )زوجات( تعشن توافق زواجي منخفض ، عامالت وأمهات ،تتراوح أعمارهن من )30-35 )سنة وال تقل مدة زواجهن عن سنتين، مستخدمين في البحث أدوات المنهج العيادي و دراسة الحالة من المالحظة العيادية والمقابلة العيادية باإلضافة إلى مقياس التوافق الزواجي لسبينر بأبعاده األربعة،حيث جاءت نتائج البحث كاآلتي: ـ يؤثر كل من:التوافق الجنسي، سوء التوافق الجنسي والثقافة الجنسية عند الزوجة على التوافق الزواجي. ـ هناك أسباب أخرى تؤثر على التوافق الزواجي للزوجة وهي: البناء المعرفي للزوجة، رفض الزوجة للزوج أساسا و تخلي الزوج عن دوره األسري خاصة دور التربية واستبداله بالتدليل. و خلصت الدراسة للتوصيات التالية: فهم شكاوي الزوجة من زواجها واالهتمام ببنائها المعرفي قبل و بعد الزواج وضرورة الحوار مع الزوج في حالة أي خالفات زوجية و أيضا عدم االعتبار من التجارب الزوجية لآلخرين. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوافق الجنسي، التوافق الزواجي.‌ج‌ مـلـخـــص بـالـلـغــة اإلنـجـ لـيـزية Abstract The purpose of our research is to study the relationship between the wife's sexual compatibility and marital harmony by revealing that sexual compatibility affects marital compatibility. It was done by using the clinical approach and case study. We worked on three cases (wives) experiencing low marital compatibility, workers and mothers, between 30-35 years old and the period of their marriage is not less than two years, using the clinical method tools and case study from the clinical observation and the clinical interview, in addition to the marital compatibility measure of Spinner in its four dimensions. The results of the study were as follows: - All of the sexual compatibility, sexual incompatibility and sexual education of the wife affect the marital compatibility. - There are other reasons that affect the marital compatibility of the wife which are: The wife’s cognitive structure, the wife rejection of the husband mainly and when he gives up on his familial role, especially when replacing the education by pampering. The study concluded the following recommendations: Understanding the complaints of the wife about her marriage, to pay attention to her cognitive structure before and after the marriage, the necessity of communication between the husband and the wife when marital disputes happen and not taking examples from other’s marital experiences.
