Résumé: The study aims to explore the most critical factors that affect the student when choosing to engage in contracting work, given that employing has a fundamental role in economic development, as it contributes to pushing the economy towards development and access to the world of international markets, as it targets young people in general and university students in particular because they are qualified, Therefore, the success of the entrepreneurial work depends on the maturity of the entrepreneurial thought of this segment. This study also aims to get acquainted with a sample of Adrar University students' opinions on the phenomenon. A questionnaire was used and distributed to about 100 students from the University of Adrar and to answer the problem, and the SPSS program was used to confirm the results
