دور تقنية التمويل الإسلامي للمشروع في تمويل المشاريع الكبرى دراسة حالة مطار الأمير محمد بن عبد العزيز الدولي بالمملكة العربية السعودية

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز خصائص معاملات تمويل المشاريع الكبرى،و إبراز لمختلف هياكل التمويل الإسلامي،بالإضافة إلى مناقشة التحديات التي تواجه صناعة التمويل الإسلامي للمشاريع و الحلول المقترحة لتطوير هذه الصناعة،مع إبراز تجربه تمويل مشروع مطار الأمير محمد بن عبد العزيز الدولي بالمملكة السعودية نموذجا، و من ثم دراسة أهمية الدور المتنامي للتمويل الإسلامي المشاريع الكبرى ، خاصة أن هذه الاخيرة يتطلب تمويلها تعبئة موارد مالية ضخمة من مختلف المساهمين و المشاركين و المؤسسين من القطاع العام و الخاص،لذا اقترحت الدراسة الرفع من الوعي والفهم الفني للتمويل الإسلامي للمشاريع الكبرى. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the characteristics of major project financing transactions, as well as to highlight the various structures of Islamic finance, and in addition, discuss the challenges facing the Islamic project finance industry as well as the proposed solutions for developing this industry, with highlighting the experience of financing the Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport project,the study concluded the growing role of Islamic finance in financing major projects, especially its contribution to the completion of Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport and enhancing its performance. Therefore, the study suggested increasing awareness and technical understanding of Islamic finance for major projects to attract institutional investors.
