العلاقات العامة في العالم الرقمي: المفهوم والأدوات

Résumé: تؤثر التطورات في تكنولوجيا الإتصال على الحياة الإجتماعية والثقافية. مع ظهور الإنترنت في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين ، ظهرت الأدوات والبيئات الرقمية في المقدمة وانتشرت على نطاق واسع. بدأت الرقمنة تظهر في العديد من مجالات الحياة وتتزايد أهمية الوسائط الرقمية في مجال الاتصال يومًا بعد يوم.حيث أصبح من الصعوبة إستخدام الإتصال الشخصي من قبل ممارسي العلاقات العامة بهدف التواصل مع الجماهير في كل مكان ، فجاءت الوسائل الرقمية لتلغي حدود المكان والزمان وأيضا لتسهل عملية الإتصال وبناء العلاقات بين المنظمات والجماهير على اختلاف مواقعهم . لذلك أتجه ممارسو العلاقات العامة نحو إستخدام هذه الوسائل في ممارسة عملهم ليس كهدف إختياري ولكن كمتطلب إجباري فرضته التحولات الرقميه في عالمنا اليوم . واليوم مع تكنولوجيا الإنترنت ، أصبحت جميع مجالات الحياة الآن رقمية ويتم تنفيذ جميع أنواع العمل من خلال الإنترنت والبيئة الافتراضية، اذا يمكننا القول بأن الرقمنة في مجال الإتصال تؤثر بشكل واضح على ممارسات العلاقات العامة.ومن هنا في السنوات الأخيرة ظهرت مفاهيم العلاقات العامة الإلكترونية , العلاقات العامة الرقمية أو الرقمنه في العلاقات العامه التي أعادت بناء مفاهيم وأهداف العلاقات العامه من جديد ،وهذا ما سنتطرق إليه في هذه الدراسة Developments in technology have affected communication technology on social and cultural life, with the beginning of the Internet in the second half of the twentieth century. Digital tools and environments first appeared and spread widely. Digitization has begun to appear in many ways of life, and the importance of digitization in the field of communication is increasing day by day. It has become difficult to use personal communication before public relations users In order to communicate with the audience in every where, Digital media has come to abolish the boundaries of space and time To facilitate the process of communication and building relationships between organizations and the audience on their different sites.Therefore, public relations users tended to use these ways in the practice of their work, not as an optional goal, but as a mandatory requirement imposed by digital transformations in our world today. Now, with Internet technology, all ways of life are now digital and all kinds of work are carried out through the Internet and virtual environment, so we can say that digitization in the field of communication clearly affects the practices of public relations. At the end of the last years the electronic public relation concepts as shown, digital public relations or digitization have appeared in public relations that have reconstructed the concepts and objectives of public relations again, and this is what we will address in this study.
