أثر ممارسة نمط القيادة الأخلاقية على الالتزام التنظيمي -دراسة حالة عينة من الأساتذة في جامعات الشرق الجزائري-

Résumé: This study aimed to explore the impact of practicing the ethical leadership style in its seven dimensions (Fairness, integrity, People orientation, Role clarification, Ethical guidance, power sharing, concern for sustainability) on the organizational commitment of university professors in universities (Ouargla, Masila and Biskra) in its three dimensions (Affective commitment, Normative, Continuance), This is based on the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the study sample consisting of 377 professors and the descriptive analytical method, In addition, a number of statistical tools were used, through which the study concluded that there is a good level of practicing the ethical leadership style in the universities under study, as well as a good level of organizational commitment among the study sample The results also found a medium degree of impact of Ethical leadership on organizational commitment, and there was a medium degree effect of Ethical leadership on Affective commitment, while there was a weak impact of Ethical leadership on normative and continuous commitment, and the study concluded that there were no differences between the perceptions of the study sample to practice the style of practice. Ethical leadership with its dimensions attributed to the variable of gender, seniority and university, while there were differences in the study sample’s perceptions of the practice of the ethical leadership style with its dimensions due to the variable of rank, and there were no differences in the level of organizational commitment with its dimensions in the study sample due to the gender variable, while there were differences in the level of commitment The Affective level of the study sample is due to the variable of rank and seniority, and differences in the level of continuous commitment of the study sample are due to the university.
