إشكالية تطبيق مناهج البحث العلمي في العلوم القانونية والإدارية

Résumé: العلوم القانونية والعلوم الإدارية تعتبر جزء لا يتجزأ من العلوم الاجتماعية والسلوكية على أساس أن هدف العلوم القانونية هو تنظيم المجتمع وضبطه ضبطا قانونيا وتنظيميا،فهذه الأخيرة تهتم بدراسة الظواهر والمواقف الاجتماعية دراسة علمية قانونية من أجل اكتشافها وتفسيرها والتنبؤ بها، ومن ثم كان علم القانون فرع من فروع العلوم الاجتماعية ينطبق عليها مثل العلوم الاجتماعية الأخرى مناهج البحث العلمي مع نوع من التخصيص والتكييف بالقدر اللازم لمتطلبات وخصوصيات طبيعة العلوم القانونية.
