فعالية تطبيق تقنيات التنبؤ بالمبيعات في المؤسسة دراسة تطبيقية بمؤسسة Gnl/ سكيكدة بالجزائر

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية استخدام وتطبيق الأسلوب العلمي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية لاتخاذ قرارات صائبة بما يتعلق بالإنتاج والتسويق وتوظيف الموارد البشرية والأرباح وغيرهم وذلك باستخدام أسلوب التنبؤ العلمي اعتمادا على التقنيات الكمية، وقد تم استخدام إحدى التقنيات الهامة للتنبؤ بمبيعات إحدى المؤسسات التابعة لمجمع سوناطراك (GNL) بسكيكدة/ الجزائر، باستخدام طريقة بوكس جنكنز اعتمادا على سلسلة زمنية ثلاثية لمنتج البروبان للفترة الممتدة من 2001 إلى 2012. الكلمات الدالة: التنبؤ، التنبؤ بالمبيعات، تقنيات التنبؤ، طريقة بوكس جينكينز، المؤسسة الاقتصادية (GNL). ABSTRACT This study aims to unclear shed light on the importance of the use and application of the scientific system in the economics companies in order to take the light decisions what related to production, marketing, human resources employment and profits etc…, by the use of a scientific forecasting system depending on quantitative techniques (GNL) one of the companies from Sonatrach group has used one of the important techniques for sales forecasting by using box-Jenkins depending of tripecal series temporal for the propane product from 2002 to 2012.
