الميول السيكوباثولوجية لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي متلازمة داون

Résumé: ملخص تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على الصحة النفسية ومعاناة أولياء الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على البروفيل السيكولوجي لأمهات الأطفال ذوي متلازمة داون، والبحث في العوامل الشخصية التي تحدد شكل معاشهن النفسي، والكشف عن أهم الاستعدادات والميول السيكوباثولوجية لديهن. تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي وأدواته والتي تمثلت في: الملاحظة المباشرة؛ والمقابلة الاكلينيكية البحثية النصف موجهة؛ واختبار الشخصية متعدد الأوجه مينسوتا "MMPI-2"، طبقت الدراسة على حالة واحدة كنموذج من هذه الشريحة من الأمهات تم اختيارها وفق شروط معينة، أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود معاناة نفسية لأم الطفل ذو متلازمة داون تعزى لميول سيكوباثولوجية اكتئابيه،و ميول سيكوباثولوجية انطوائية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الميول؛ الميول السيكوباثولوجية؛ متلازمة داون. Abstract The current study aims to highlight the psychological health and suffering of parents of children with special needs by identifying the psychological profile of mothers of children with down syndrome, researching the personal factors that determine the shape of their psychiatric illness, and revealing their most important preparations and psychopathological tendencies. the study was applied on one case as a model of this family of mothers that was selected according to certain conditions, and it based on the clinical approach using the following tools: Direct clinical observation and semi-directed clinical interview, and the test of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory "MMPI-2", The results indicated that the mother of the child with down syndrome suffers from depressive psychopathological tendencies, and introverted psychopathological tendencies Keywords: tendencies; psychopathological tendencies; Down syndrome.
