Résumé: تطرق المقال إلى حق حرمة الحياة في الديانة اليهودية والمسيحية والشريعة الإسلامية للإجابة على التساؤل حول استمداد أصول حماية الحق في الحياة الخاصة من التشريعات السماوية السابقة أم أن فضل السبق كان للشريعة الإسلامية. The article touched on the right to sanctity of life in Judaism, Christianity and Islamic law to answer the question of whether the origins of the protection of the right to private life was derived from the previous heavenly legislations or Islamic legislation.
