المكاتب العربية ودورها في توطيد دعائم الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجنوب الجزائري خلال القرن 19م Arab Offices And Their Role In Consolidating Of French Colonialism In Southern Algeria During The Nineteenth Century

Résumé: بعد احتلال فرنسا للجزائر سنة 1830م، وجهت أنظارها مباشرة للتوسع في المناطق الداخلية من أجل توطيد دعائم إمبراطوريتها الاستعمارية، إلا أنها وجدت نفسها أمام صعوبة التواصل مع الأهالي والسكان، بسبب جهلها للغتهم وعاداتهم وتقاليدهم، وعدم معرفتها الجيدة للطرق والمسالك المؤدية إلى الداخل فاستغلت شيوخ القبائل وزعمائها لخدمة مصالحها الاستعمارية ومشاريعها التوسعية، كما حاولت إيجاد هيئة إدارية تكون حلقة الوصل بينها وبين الأهالي، فكانت المكاتب العربية. وعليه فإننا في هذا المقال سنحاول التعرف على المكاتب العربية وتطورها خلال عهد الجمهورية الثانية 1848-1852 ومهامها، كما سنتطرق إلى كيفية توظيف الأسر والزعامات الكبيرة ومنحهم ألقاب وامتيازات في إطار المكاتب العربية، مثل عائلة أولاد سيدي الشيخ وبن قانة وبوعكاز وبن بابية. After the French occupation of Algeria in 1830, they began their expansion in the interior regions in order to consolidate the foundations of the empire. However they found them selves facing difficulties in communicating with the people, due to their ignorance of their language, customs and traditions, and lack of good knowledge of the roads and routes leading to the interior. So the tribal sheikhs and their leaders were exploited to serve the colonial interests and the expansion projects, through an administrative body that would be the link between their and the people, so that is Arab offices. In this article, we will try to examine the Arab offices, their role and development during the era of the Second Republic 1848-1852. We will also discuss how notable families and leaders were employed and given titles and privileges within the framework of Arab offices, such as the family of the Oulad Sidi Sheikh, Ben Qana, Boukkaz, and Ben Babia.
