الحوكمة البيئية العالمية كآلية في تحقيق الامن البيئي

Résumé: في إطار تزايد الوعي الدولي بأهمية الحفاظ على البيئة ظهرت الحوكمة البيئية العالمية وأضحت مطلبا عالميا، وأصبح الاهتمام منصبا حول الآليات المساعدة على تفعيلها عبر مختلف أنحاء العالم، إذ تعتبر البيئة من المواضيع التي حظيت باهتمام عالمي كبير، جراء الآثار السلبية المترتبة عنها، والتي تخل بالأمن البيئي، وتعالج الدراسة إشكالية الدور المهم للحوكمة البيئية العالمية بإعتبارها كآلية في تحقيق الامن البيئي، و تأتي هذه الدراسة لتخص هذا الموضوع من خلال تقديم إطار نظري يعرف بالمصطلحين، ومحاولة التعرف على أهمية الامن البيئي ضمن الجهود الأممية والحماية البيئة العالمية، وإبراز دور فواعل الحوكمة البيئية العالمية في تحقيق الامن البيئي، على ان تتوصل الدراسة إلى ان الحوكمة البيئية العالمية كمنظومة و آلية عالمية تهدف إلى خلق التعاون وغرس روح المسؤولية للجميع، والتي تسعى إلى حماية البيئة وتحقيق الأمن البيئي In the context of the increasing international awareness of the importance of preserving the environment, global environmental governance has emerged and has become a global demand, and attention has become focused on the mechanisms that help to activate them across the world, as the environment is one of the topics that have received great global attention, due to the negative consequences of it, which disturb security The study deals with the problem of the important role of global environmental governance as a mechanism in achieving environmental security, and this study comes to this topic by presenting a theoretical framework known as the two terms, and trying to identify the importance of environmental security within international efforts and protection of the global environment, highlighting the role of environmental governance actors The global goal of achieving environmental security, provided that the study concludes that global environmental governance as a global system and mechanism aims to create cooperation and instill a spirit of responsibility for all, which seeks to protect the environment and achieve environmental security.
