Résumé: This study aims to identify the impact of social responsibility in its dimensions (social, client, economic, ethical, environmental and legal dimensions) in achieving competitive advantage in its dimensions (lower cost, creativity and innovation, flexibility, quality and delivery dimensions) inside the Operational Directorate of Communications- “Ouargla Algérie Telecom agency”. The descriptive aspect was used in the theoretical aspect of the study and the cause study method in the practical aspect, where the questionnaire tool was relied on to collect data, from a sample of60 workers, it was represented the study community and processed through the Social Science Statistical Package SPSS Program in its 22nd version. The study concluded that Algérie Telecom Operational Directorate applies social responsibility at a high level. The competitive advantage of the company is that of differentiation, but the relation between the two variables exists expressly and positively between the dimensions of social responsibility and the advantage of competitiveness. We also found a statistically significant impact of social responsibility to achieve the competitive advantage inside the company in question.
