أثر الاستقرار الاقتصادي على التنمية البشرية في الجزائر دراسة قياسية من خلال مقاربة Ardl للفترة 1990-2018

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو دراسة اثر الاستقرار الاقتصادي على التنمية البشرية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018 في كل من المدى القصير والطويل، وهذا باستخدام نموذج الانحدار لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة ARDL. من خلال فحص استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية بتطبيق اختباري"ديكي فولر" و "فيليبس بيرون" تبين ان جميع السلاسل الزمنية في النموذج مستقرة ومتكاملة من الدرجة الأولى، كما بين اختبار الحدود عن وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين المتغيرات في المدى الطويل، وأخيرا كشفت نتائج التقدير في المدى الطويل عن وجود اثر موجب كل من النمو الاقتصادي والتضخم على التنمية البشرية، واثر سالب ومعنوي للبطالة على التنمية البشرية في المدى الطويل. The aim of this research paper is to study the effect of economic stability on human development in algeria during the period 1990-2018 in the short and long term, using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model ARDL. by relying on economic measurement methods by examining the stability of time series by applying the « dickie fuller » and « philips perron » test, it showed that all time series in the model are stable and integrated in the first degree, as the ARDL Bound test revealed a common integration relationship between variables in the long run, and finally the results of the long term estimation revealed a positive effect of economic growth and inflation on human development and a negative significant impact of unemployment on human development in the long term.
