Paramètres Pour Une Stratégie De Renouvellement Urbain De L’interface Ville-port
Résumé: The port and city are two entities which not only, could widen their territorial field throughout the history, but moreover ordered and reordered the use of their spaces according to their needs. Indeed compatible development processes were conceived for one and the other, and both at the same time, within the framework of great operations of urban renewal, from the point of view of the sustainable development which imposes urban co-education in all its dimensions: functional calculus, social, cultural and economic, by developing specificities related to the identity of the territories and by imagining new bonds between the city and its port. In the context, our work aims at the question of the challenges, and the parameters of strategies of the renewal of the interface port-city, and concentrates the questionings which found the problems of the reconquest of forsaken spaces. And considering the complexity of the system city-port, our aim of research is to identity parameters for a strategy of urban renewal of the interface city-port. And to define an adequate method of analysis in order to build a strategic approach which aims at working out a tool of decision-making aid for the installation of the interfaces city-port, while being based on foreign experiments.
