Résumé: Abstract: This research paper deals with a thorny topic that has long been raised about many questions and even doubts, which is the issue of Algerian conscripts in the French army and their relationship to the revolution. therefore, the choice was made to study one of the sources, which is a memo by Mohamed zerguini one of the officers who escaped from the French army and who joined the revolution on the borders,(une vie de combat et lute, témoignages et appreciations 1941-1962) who testified here one many issues related to this category of Algerians during the stage of the liberation revolution . Through this source, several axes were highlighted that discussed the issue of the recruitment of Algerians into the French army military establishment, its background, cause and dimensions, the outbreak of the liberation struggle in the 1 November 1954 and the reaction of the recruits (officers among them) in favor the national cause from within the French army, and we turned to the associated backgrounds from the massacres of the eighth of May 1945, to the Chinese war of the trench, to the practices of the French army in Algeria, to being affected by the course of the Algerians issue internally and externally, let us then to the French authorities attempt to employ these Algerians elements to achieve calm in Algeria. The positions of officers fleeing the French army from the various issues that arose during the course of the Algerian revolution: from the conference of the fasting to the hijacking of the plane, as well as the issues of the national liberation army to the eastern and western and borders, and the relationship of these officers with the leadership of the general staff and the interim government and their positions including them, with a review of the relationship of these officers also to the mujahedeen's at the border level, to conclude the study by providing an analytical and critical view of a number of these issues addressed in the core of the research by providing a reading and a lii Kat the various contemporary testimonies of these facts, whether from the mujahedeen. الملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوعا شائكا طالما أثيرت حوله العديد من التساؤلات بل وحتى الشكوك وهو قضية المجندين الجزائريين في الجيش الفرنسي وعلاقتهم بالثورة ، لذلك وقع الاختيار على دراسة أحد المصادر وهو مذكرة للضابط لمحمد زريقني أحد الفارين من الجيش الفرنسي والملتحقين بركب الثورة في الحدود، تحت عنوان: (Une vie de combats et de lutte, témoignages et appréciations (1941 – 1962). الذي أدلى بشهاداته هنا حول العديد من القضايا المتعلقة بهذه الفئة من الجزائريين خلال مرحلة الثورة التحريرية، فمن خلال هذا المصدر تم ابراز العديد من المحاور التي ناقشت قضية تجنيد الجزائريين في الجيش الفرنسي خلفياتها، أسبابها وأبعادها، اندلاع الكفاح التحرري في الفاتح من نوفمبر 1954 ورد فعل المجندينن الجزائريين بين الايجابية والترقب، وكذا التفصيل في النشاط الوطني من قبل المجندين (الضباط منهم) لصالح القضية الوطنية من داخل الجيش الفرنسي، وعرجنا على الخلفيات المرتبطة بها من مجازر الثامن ماي 1945، إلى حرب الهند الصينية، إلى ممارسات الجيش الفرنسي، إلى التأثر بمجريات القضية الجزائرية على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي، لنعرج بعدها إلى محاولة السلطات الفرنسية توظيف المجندين الجزائريين لتحقيق التهدئة، لنتطرق إلى مواقف الضباط الفارين من الجيش الفرنسي من مختلف القضايا التي شهدتها الثورة الجزائرية، من اختطاف الطائرة، وقضايا جيش التحرير الوطني في الحدود الشرقية والغربية، وعلاقة هؤلاء بهيئة الأركان العامة والحكومة المؤقتة، وعلاقة هؤلاء الضباط الفارين بالمجاهدين في الحدود، لتختتم الدراسة بتقديم نظرة تحليلية نقدية لعدد من هذه القضايا المدروسة ومقارنتها مع ما ورد في مصادر أخرى عايشت هذه القضايا عن قرب في مذكرا المجاهدين.
